Spunky Bruiser is an eight year old girl in 1988 trapped in the psyche of an angsty 16 year old pretending to be a grown up.
It’s (kind of) the lifestory, so far, of Bex Frost designer and maker of Spunky bruiser pieces.
Creations are made, where possible with reeclaimed vintage garments and fabrics unlike the new materials, each piece of fabric has its own story and quality surpassing what can be bought in fabric stores today.
All pieces are carefully crafted, individually with the clear intention of making each and evry piece as unique and as amazing as the next.
Although challenging, authenticity is the heart of the Spunky Bruiser operation. Bex , Christian and her mother Jill are responsible for all production of one-off pieces in the ever changing collection.
